Right of Withdrawal (Skilaréttur)

As a consumer in Iceland/EEA, you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (email or contact form) before the withdrawal period expires.


Conditions for Returns

Jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging to be eligible for return.

For hygiene reasons, earrings and pierced jewelry cannot be returned if the hygiene seal has been broken, unless the product is faulty.

Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewelry is non-returnable, unless it arrives defective or incorrect.

 

How to Return

To start a return, contact us at naioiceland@gmail.com. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 days of receiving the return.

Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.


Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 5 days) if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will cover the return shipping costs and either refund you in full or send a replacement at no extra cost.

 

Lifetime Color Warranty Terms

The Lifetime Color Warranty applies only to items from the Essentials Collection. It covers fading, tarnishing, or discoloration of stainless steel and PVD gold finishes under normal, everyday wear. This warranty does not apply to items from other collections, including Fine Jewelry and Signature pieces, or to any jewelry made from other materials.

The warranty does not cover scratches, dents, breakage, mechanical damage, misuse, or any damage caused by improper care. Claims under this warranty must be submitted to us directly, and replacement will be provided at our discretion for eligible items only.
